H&R Block has established a network of over 400 offices throughout Australia and a number of these offices are under a Franchise Agreement from H&R Block. Australia’s largest tax service provider, franchising is a strong contributor towards our goal of the leading individual and business tax service provider.

To become a H&R Block franchisee an individual would need to hold current tax agent registration, or enter into a business arrangement with a tax agent satisfying the Tax Practitioner Board (TPB). It is not possible to enter into a franchise agreement without tax agent registration. Should an individual believe that tax agent registration may be achieved in the near future, please continue with any enquiry, it may be possible for an agreed employment engagement until such time as tax agent registration is achieved.
