Personal Mobile Phone Policy

In our modern world of communication the mobile phone is an everyday communication tool that we use to keep in touch with family, friends and especially our children whilst we are at work.

It is increasingly interrupting our day and is certainly becoming disruptive in our offices and interrupting our ability to deliver exceptional client service.

H&R Block Policy on staff using Personal Mobile Phones whilst working in our offices is as follows:

  1. Mobile phones should remain switched on to allow access to the MyGovID facility.
  2. Mobile phones should be put out of view when practical to do so.
  3. No Bluetooth ear pieces or similar to be worn whilst working in the office.

The phone can be checked for messages during a break or in between clients.
