Gender Pay Gap
Our latest results show that H&R Block's gender pay gap is significantly below both the national average and industry benchmarks.Here are the key highlights:
- Average total remuneration gender pay gap: 7.2%, compared to the national average of 21.8%.
- Median total remuneration gender pay gap: Reduced from 8.5% in 2023 to just 0.6% in 2024.
- Median base salary gender pay gap: Now at an incredible 0.1%, compared to the national median of 13.6%.
Workforce Composition
We are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce, with strong female representation across all levels of our business:- Overall representation of women: Increased from 67% in 2023 to 68% in 2024, compared to the national average of 51%.
- Representation of women at senior levels: Now at 66%, reflecting our commitment to promoting women into leadership roles.
